Greetings, I possess a desktop computer with an Intel Core i7 7800X processor, an NVIDIA RTX 2070 graphics card with 16 GB of RAM, a 1 TB solid-state drive, and a 144 Hz monitor. Regardless of how I adjust the visual settings within each game, my frame rate consistently remains stable at approximately 60-70 frames per second. While I can play on maximum graphics and achieve a frame rate of 60-70, reducing the graphical quality to its lowest settings does not affect my performance. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?
