I’m experiencing a significant issue while playing Grand Theft Auto 5: I consistently receive only 16-22 frames per second, which is drastically lower than the usual 75+ FPS I expect. This was initially shocking because my computer system is more than capable of running GTA smoothly. Here are my specifications:

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
Motherboard: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon
GPU: Nvidia Gigabyte 1070Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 3000MHz
PSU: Silverstone ET650-B 650W

As a relatively inexperienced computer user, this problem is incredibly frustrating. I’ve attempted various troubleshooting steps without success, including restarting the game when the issue first arose and implementing solutions suggested by other users. The only way to achieve approximately 60 FPS is to reduce the resolution to 800x400, which is clearly impractical. I've also experimented with adjusting graphics settings, changing options from high to low, and ensuring that all reflections and FXAA are set to twice their default values. I’m completely baffled and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

Are you experiencing problems solely with this specific game? It appears you’re utilizing the integrated graphics instead of your GeForce RTX 1070.

The Ryzen 7 1700 lacks integrated graphics, and this issue exclusively affects Grand Theft Auto. Furthermore, monitoring my CPU, GPU, and RAM within Task Manager shows them consistently operating at minimal utilization levels.
