As a relatively inexperienced PC gamer, I’m struggling to understand how to improve my gaming performance. My frame rates are consistently poor in many games, and the Nvidia Experience frequently suggests low settings, resulting in an average of 45-59 frames per second in demanding titles. However, these frame rates frequently plummet, rendering games unplayable. My system’s temperatures remain consistently stable. Here are my specifications:

Gigabyte Windforce 1050 Ti,
Ryzen 1600 OC running at 3.6 GHz with a stock AMD Wraith cooler,
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB (2x4GB) at 2400MHz,
1TB Hard Drive
500W Power Supply

Any guidance regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

What is the power supply unit's brand and model?
Which resolution are you using?
Could you provide the CPU temperature and processing load?
What is the memory and hard drive activity level?
