Frame rate fluctuates erratically, despite limiting the maximum frame rate.
My system achieves a frame rate between 160 and 200, but the visual output appears distorted. Even with a cap of 60 frames per second, the display remains rough and unstable. I’m seeking advice on how to smooth this out. Previously, the display was perfectly normal, but after a PC reset and Windows reinstallation, this issue emerged.
