Prior to April 25th, I consistently achieved over 300 FPS in CSGO, capped at 300. Currently, my frame rate rarely exceeds 200. All graphics settings are configured as low. The resolution is set to 1280x1024 with a 4:3 stretched aspect ratio. My hardware specifications include an MSI GTX1050ti GPU, i5-7600k CPU, Corsair TX550m PSU, Aorus Z270x-Gaming 7 MB, and G.Skill 3200mhz 8gb single stick RAM. Maximum CPU temperature is 61°C and maximum GPU temperature is 59°C. Graphics drivers are updated automatically via GeForce Experience.

You are suggesting my CS:GO settings have altered? If they had changed, I would immediately recognize this and revert them; however, after your emphasis on the potential changes, I verified and discovered no modifications.

Reinstall the previous driver.
Use https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx.
Not every new driver improves performance in all games; occasionally, an older driver is preferable.

Try 425.31 and continue decreasing values if necessary to achieve the desired performance. Simultaneously, discard NGE as it is superfluous when you configure your own resolution and graphics settings.
