Hello! I've noticed that my frame rate decreases significantly when I play games for extended periods – typically 2 to 3 hours. Restarting my overclocked computer consistently resolves this issue. I recently upgraded from an RX 580 to an RX 5600 XT in the hopes of improving performance, however, this did not address the problem.

System specifications:

RX 5600 XT
Ryzen 5 3600
ASRock HDV B450
16GB DDR4 RAM 3200 CL16
AIO liquid cooler
Two SSDs
One HDD

I'm relatively unfamiliar with PC gaming, so could you explain how to do this?
