I own three monitors—4K, 1440p and 1080p—but even at 1080p low I struggle to hit 300 fps. I believe a 1440p 240 Hz model would be better for Warzone. It gives me 15-25 frames per second more stable, and it also reduces the impact of VBS glitches.
I enjoy using a 1440p-144hz display, you're correct. On my setup, it really stands out. I can't switch back to 1080p because it looks too pixelated. Going for 4k at around 100+fps isn't practical for me, so 1440p with a solid frame rate of 95-125 is the ideal balance—and it lets me stay competitive. Or at least it helps me shift blame from my image quality to my reaction speed and aim.
Seems like you're leveraging your ecores setup. You're getting 200fps at 3440x1440 with 5.2 cores and 4.7 ring 3900cl14 3090 OCD on a custom loop. The GPU only boosts up to about 2100mhz, though. Running at 1080p could be feasible between 250-300 if you adjust settings properly. You don’t have to turn off E cores unless you prefer; using process lasso to lock in permanent affinities for Warzone (disable E cores just for Warzone) helps, but ring frequency still caps around 4.4 if you're lucky. This should make a noticeable difference, particularly in the lower ranges.
