I purchased this PC from a friend who demonstrated its performance on Destiny 2 and Rust, and it functioned flawlessly. He assembled the system and I returned home. When I reinstalled Windows and installed the games, the FPS remained stuck between 45 and 55 frames per second, neither lower nor higher. I also tested other games, but the issue persisted. I attempted to reinstall drivers, reinstall Windows, and changed settings and resolution without any improvement.
