The title describes the issue clearly.
It’s hard to achieve high FPS in any games, even CSGO, which usually averages around 100-150 FPS—not full HD or maximum settings (should be about 250-300 on FPSbenchmark.com). I think the FPS are low and my friends with weaker GPUs would probably get more than me.
Here’s the spec list:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
2x8GB GSKILL Aegis 3000MHz
8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS
bequiet pure power 11 600W
Need someone to help because this has been a problem for a while!
Ty in advance

I haven't used CSGO much lately, BUT those 'drops' are really annoying with 2600x and 2070! Have you ever checked the AMD website or updated your chipset? (And your NVIDIA Control Panel too...) Other things I've done include installing Wise Care, which is my favorite.

Other things - install Wise Care (it's my favorite, there are many similar programs, maybe you already have one) and run a check. Defrag your games' HDD or trim for SSD.

It seems I didn't create that idea on my own... Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I think it's working better now.
