hello guy. I had a problem with my fps a month or two ago. most of my game won't get fast 60fps. example: kingdom come 20fps, all total war game 30-40fps, assassin creed origin, and Odyssey  40fps. the only pubg still remain 100fps+ like before. I used to play total war at around 90 fps now it only 30-40fps. I already change my PSU to 850w and it doesn't seem to fix a problem. I already contact Nvidia, Asus, and Microsoft . microsoft told me that it my card problem because I had latest window version already. and Asus told me to install their driver and chipset I already installed it and still not work. nvidia told me that it can be my card issue because I already use DDU and clean install my driver they told me to do a video card stability test. but i dont get any error at all. my card alway run at 99% 1940mhz (factory OC) and temp is okay never throttle down. my cpu is running around 50% load and never throttle down too.
my spec:
i7 7700k 5ghz (stable) this problem had before i oc my cpu.
16gb of ram
gtx 1080 ti oc edition
270e mb.
my 3dmark score and heaven score are normal too. i don't think its hardware issue. please help guy I only had two choices left: reset bios to default and reset window. and my cpu is not parked.

Just to confirm, the GPU is running at 99-100% capacity, the CPU usage matches the game's requirements and frame rate, and there are no performance drops?

Yes, the GPU consistently runs at 99% during gaming while the CPU remains idle around 40 to 50%, which varies by game. The GPU is at 1940 MHz and the CPU at 5000 MHz, with no significant drops. However, the FPS appears quite low.

when the gpu is operating at 99% during these games, it's likely the issue lies elsewhere. There seems to be a bottleneck. If the product is still under warranty, i recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for an RMA.

i don't understand why my gpu behaves this way all the time, it mostly runs at 99% of its capacity regardless of the game, and my benchmarks are still okay. result.3dmark-result
