Well your only choice is to take it to a repair shop then, there's only so much a person can do without actually hands on.

You seem to be experiencing strong benchmark scores but poor MP game performance. Could the problem lie with your network connection instead of your hardware? Have you tried running local games?

You're connected via Ethernet at 170 MBPS over Wi-Fi, everything works fine, and it supports both single-player and multiplayer modes.

I simply moved down from NVMe because I assumed it was problematic, but after running several tests it isn't an issue—it's not a solid SSD.

Fascinating, if 4K displays better it might indicate a CPU bottleneck, you should consider upgrading to a 5000 series (the 3900X is available for $250, while buying two 3900X at $400 each only costs $150).

Windows 11 is fully updated. CPU and GPU are both idle at 30 C. I'm using the newest BIOS, AMD drivers, and the latest GPU software. Disk health is normal, and I've installed the newest driver. I'm running DOCP and tested it while off—it doesn't affect anything. RAM has passed MemTest; 3DMark shows average scores and Cinebench reads are fine. Windows reliability reports no issues. I've followed all troubleshooting steps and even swapped my GPU on another machine, which worked perfectly. I've tried everything possible so far.
