Hey guys my build is:
Cooler Master H500P case
Ryzen 7 2700X
Aorus X470 Gaming 5 Motherboard
Corsair LPX Vengeance 16GB 3000mhz DDR4
RTX 2080 ROG Strix OC
Samsung Evo 860 500GB
Segate Baracuda 7200RPM 1TB

and i was wondering why in SotTR I get about 30 - 40 fps with ray tracing, now i'm wondering because i looked in task manager to see what my gpu is doing and i notice that my GPU is only being used at 25 - 29% capacity, if i can get some help with this it would be great
Thanks

If you disable RTX features, the system will no longer utilize those graphics capabilities, potentially affecting performance and visual quality.

It's normal, I typically achieve 70-80fps but with low GPU consumption around 25-29%.

I'm also considering that the CPU utilization remains moderate. Have you attempted reinstalling or updating the drivers?
