so i notice my fps consistently drops in every game. for instance, i limited my fps to 139 in nvidia control panel, but when playing, it falls to 135fps and it's quite obvious. however, in situations where nothing unusual occurs, the drop is less noticeable. during gunfights the fps stays steady, but if i adjust settings, i experience stutters or drops. can i find a way to fix this?

Hello!
Do you have any concerns about the GPU being overclocked? Also, are you utilizing the RAM with XMP or DOCP settings?

It's normal to experience a drop in FPS.
Most users wouldn't even notice a drop when calling from 139 to 135.

but it seems like i'm jumping from 139 fps to 60 and then back, or it looks like a stutter
