Which specific ones? A few are indeed faster than others.

From NXZT Cam it states the aftershock 120GB M.2 SSD is installed. The HDD is a TOSHIBA HDWD110. Previously, I tested playing CS GO and Valorant, and everything functioned properly. Outside of those games, I haven't played much else.

Task Manager could display these details. Did you install any recent third-party applications? Is there an unusual animated background on your screen?

I've captured a screenshot of how my Task Manager appears when playing Dota 2, showing the usual items I frequently open during gameplay.

There hasn't been any significant download since then—except for NXZT Cam, MSI Afterburner, and possibly Valorant two months ago.
Except for those, I don't remember downloading anything else, as I tend to keep my PC clean and avoid unnecessary downloads.
My desktop background remains a solid black color, unchanged since I purchased the PC two years ago.

Dun, dun, DUUUUUUNNNNN!
Known resource hog - considered by some people to be bloatware - and you don't have much to begin with.
Uninstall it, and check performance again.

Sure, you can remove NXZT Cam and install MSI afterburner. You can keep the other software as well.

Msi Afterburner works properly since it doesn't require the PC to be accessed frequently for any reason.
