Hello, so recently my old monitor broke, so I had to buy a new one. When I tried to play games with it there is a significant fps drop. CSGO that was constantly around 100 fps now doesn't even hit 60. Borderlands 2 get a stable 60fps (because I enabled vsync) at any area now can't even reach 60 in the main menu. Any help?

Rewrite of text:

I recently broke my old monitor, and I’m experiencing significant performance issues in games like CS:GO and Borderlands 2. I cleaned my GTX 750ti for the first time a while ago, and I'm worried I might have damaged it. My computer specs are: i3 4150, 6GB DDR3 RAM, and a GTX 750ti 2GB. Can anyone offer advice?

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and addressing the core issue:

“I’m experiencing significant frame rate drops in games, particularly Counter-Strike Global Offensive (CSGO), where the frame rate fluctuates rapidly between 100fps and 30fps every few seconds. My graphics card is a GTX 750ti with 2GB of VRAM. I recently cleaned my GPU but this issue persists. The GPU usage spikes from 10% to 90%, coinciding with the frame rate drops, as observed in Task Manager. I've also just upgraded my monitor, which may be relevant. I’m concerned that there might be a problem with the card itself or potentially related to overheating, even though I recently cleaned it.”

Greetings, thank you for your assistance. However, I’ve lately observed a section of my graphics card that wasn’t securely fastened. Furthermore, I performed a BIOS reset, and my GPU utilization is no longer fluctuating dramatically.

Could you please specify the display resolutions for both the older and newer monitors?
