FPS dropping, need assistance!
The only solution was changing the monitor from 'Full' to 'Aspect'. Using the Nvidia Control Panel didn't help. (Adjusted desktop size and position > Scale on: GPU/Display. GPU=black bars, Display=stretched.) Now it's set to stretched, giving me 75fps without graphical issues, and I've switched the monitor to 'Aspect' which removes the stretching but maintains FPS, cpu, vs, and tb settings.
