So my Fortnite FPS has dropped drastically from 240 to 40 overnight. I've updated the GPU drivers, checked the CPU temperature which was 21°C, adjusted the power plan, set all settings to the lowest, reinstalled the GPU drivers, restarted the PC several times, and done all the Windows updates. I also cleared out all the CPU fans, including one GPU fan that wasn't spinning either.

I just checked it and it was at 40C, so that shouldn't be a big issue. I also cleaned it up a bit, but it still isn't spinning. Also, when I restarted the PC, it said it detected a new CPU when we hadn't touched anything other than the GPU.

there was another 8 gb but it failed more than a year ago and continued to work properly
