Task manager appears in the corner during gameplay. Check which process or service is using all resources. Possible cause: overheating leading to performance limits.

I question it’s thermal throttling since your GPU jumps from 55% to 99% usage and your temperatures stay within normal ranges.

I'm currently playing a few games, the GPU temperature is around 75 degrees, and I'm using a monitoring tool to track the readings.
