FPS decreases when changing the motherboard and RAM.
I recently changed from my a320m to a b450m motherboard and also upgraded my 8gb 2400mhz ram to a 2x8 3200mhz ram. Now I experience constant fps drops in every game I play (valorant, genshin, dota2, etc.) where I previously didn’t notice such issues. I have improved my FPS now but still face frequent drops. I’ve tried reinstalling the OS, updating drivers, reseating the RAM, and undervolting. Past setup was: ryan zen 5 3400g, 8gb hyperx 2400mhz, asus a320m. Current setup is: ryan zen 5 3400g, 2x8 tforce 3200mhz, gigabyte b450m v2.
Did you perform a BIOS update for the MBO and install the drivers following the swap?
Did you adjust the MBO settings to be optimized after the replacement?
Was the appropriate RAM speed configured?
