Before starting, here are the details of your PC setup: a Core i7 12700KF with RTX 3070, 32 GB DDR5 memory at 4800Mhz, 750W power supply, Windows 11 with NVMe and SATA SSDs for storage. It runs at 1440p at 165Hz. The monitor supports up to 165Hz but remains uncapped in extreme mode. I've updated drivers via DDU and reinstalled them, but nothing changed. All other drivers are current. Recently, every game freezes around 82-83 FPS, CPU usage fluctuates between 15-40%, while GPU stays near 30-60%. I’ve tried disabling v-sync/free-sync, but it doesn’t help. No online resources match my situation. This is frustrating—I can’t locate a solution or cause.
