In short, I updated my setup with new RAM sticks but faced memory issues. My old units were slower and kept crashing during benchmarking. Now I'm trying again with a fresh Windows install, but the same problems persist in CPU-z and Hwinfo. The new sticks are showing higher speeds, yet they don't match what the tools report. It seems there might be a conflict or misconfiguration affecting performance.
Check specs, clear CMOS. Update BIOS. Configure SOC to 1.15 and DRAM to 1.35 (for AMD CPU). For Intel, set VCIO to 1.1.

I'll test this after reinstalling the SSD. I'm hoping to check how the system performs when I run TW: Warhammer 2 again first. If crashes or BSODs persist, I'll review the BIOS update, though it seems to be a recent upgrade. The motherboard is Z370p d3 with an i5 9600KF and GTX 1070 ti.
Reset the CMOS, configure the VCC/VCCSA to 1.1 and attempt 2400 for each. Test one unit at a time and adjust the clock latency if needed.
Warhammer 2 has completed the download so now I’m grabbing my GPU drivers and giving it a try. Before jumping to other tasks, I checked Task Manager and saw the speed listed as 2666 MHZ. Hwinfo showed 1066 in Memory Module when I selected faster Corsair modules but 2666 in Memory overall. Can these drives actually run at different speeds? I thought they had to match exactly. The Userbenchmark test also reported 2666mhz four times for each stick. I’m confused because the numbers don’t match up. Are they really running at 2666mhz but displaying 2132 for Corsair in some places? I checked CPU-Z too—it says 1333mhz for Memory, but when I look at SPD and the individual sticks, Corsair models show 2132 (1066mhz). Am I misinterpreting something? Or is there a misunderstanding? I’m still unsure if I’m overthinking it. Maybe I should wait for more advice before proceeding. I’ll run the Warhammer benchmark tests next. Update: The benchmarks worked without crashes or BSODs. It might have been an issue with my Windows setup, especially with XMP enabled. But it didn’t crash when XMP was off, only when it was on. I’m still confused.

I verified the speed via CMD, which shows 2666 Mhz on all four devices. It seems the lower numbers in CPU-z and Hwinfo might reflect the minimum possible setting or something similar. The other two units only have one configuration each. I really don’t understand how this works, but if anyone has any insights, it would be great. Either way, all my issues seem resolved finally
