Found thermal paste inside the main connector of my power supply.
We handle it this way—no worries at all. It’s not conductive, so no issues there. Just attempt to clean as much as possible and then plug it in; it should work fine. I’ve noticed CPU sockets with a lot of paste and the chips still function properly. Just to be sure, since conductive paste could cause more problems.
