Hopefully it works out, it's a regret about what Microsoft did with this title. Racing games seem rare these days, and I really think the best one is GTA V—can't overlook the driving experience in that game. Wishing you success!

Some people care about being supported by product makers. Removing the store means you won't be supported by MS if you ever need their support.

Have you attempted beginning the setup within the game? I followed the same process—launch the game and then choose travel to Blizzard Mountain or Hot Wheels, which prompted the system to ask for the installation pass.

Game setup also failed, leading me into a frustrating loop between asking to install DLC and purchasing it. To get them installed, I had to manually search for Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels in the Windows Store and install each separately. I still don’t understand why an in-game install wasn’t possible or why the Expansion Pass didn’t activate automatically. Thanks for your help with the tips!
