Oh wow, Forza is an open world! I didn't know that, because all the videos I've watched featured racing on a track. Thought it was just a simulation like Gran Turismo, which is why I really enjoy PC. It's the first true GT successor and it's not limited to PlayStation.

The Forza series (including EG Forza 4 and 5) offers a closed track experience. The Forza Horizon isn't the same as Horizon 2; it should receive more votes since it's one of my top favorite games, matching the quality of TDU 1.
