So I recently started playing Fortnite but have been facing some issues. My frame rate exceeds 180 FPS in normal areas, yet it drops to around 90 when entering cities or looking from above hills. I understand rendering more objects is tougher, but my CPU and GPU usage stay below 50%, and RAM usage doesn’t increase much. When I run a benchmark, my GPU (1070) consistently runs at 1998 MHz, but in Fortnite it fluctuates to 1600 MHz occasionally. My system has an GTX 1070, 16 GB RAM, Ryzen 5 1600 MHz at 4.1 GHz. Anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
