Could the system handle that setup? A late 2013 15-inch Mac with an i7-2GHz processor, 8GB DDR3 at 1600 MHz, and Intel Iris Pro 1GB RAM in Battle Royale mode?

It might work, but you'll enjoy a smoother experience with alternatives. Sadly, most titles aren't optimized for Macs initially. Good luck!
