Equipment: R5 5600x 32 GB, 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2070, 650W PSU. Noticeable microstutters and overall stuttering during Fortnite should not hinder smooth gameplay on DX 11, 12, or performance settings.

It looks like many users are facing the same problem lately. My issue started last year and gets worse with each update from Nvidia and Fortnite. Curious, have you checked out some tests like 3DMark? I found out, thanks to my laptop maker, that the Fire Strike scores were about 20% lower with the newest drivers compared to those from 2020. What have you done to fix it?
