Recent updates significantly impacted many systems and a new Nvidia GPU driver caused further issues. Disable shadows, Anti Ail, and post-processing—they severely reduce performance. Maintain over 100 FPS for better gameplay. Also turn off Effetcs for extra gains. I keep View distance and Texture enabled for consistency, though you can tweak them as needed.
