Formatting Changes Applied Document Icons Vanishing
Lately, the icons for several of my apps suddenly disappeared and turned into a blank page. It affected CPUZ, AIDA64, and Teamspeak 3—not all at once. CPUZ was blank about ten days ago, then AIDA64 a few days later, and today Teamspeak 3 has lost its icon. I don’t understand why this is happening and haven’t found a solution. The latest info I’ve seen dates back to 2010. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
