Yes I know about the whole dress fiasco, but that doesn't change how we as humans see things. There is no defined frame rate that we see at. It is effectively infinite. The whole "30FPS is more natural" argument is pure nonsense. It is not more natural.

I believe I conveyed my stance clearly. Lol, many agree 60FPS offers a smoother experience and is essential for FPS games, though he personally prefers the visual quality at 30FPS.

Staying at 30 frames per second works just okay... probably Homecoming really frustrated me since I’m consistently hitting 60 in GTA 5 at 1080p high-ultra. This game I actually enjoy has great story and gameplay, but its graphics are pretty terrible, dropping to 20 FPS or worse. I’m using a GTX 970.

These frequencies are easily noticeable to most people. Higher frames per second just improve smoothness. Do you require 60 fps for a better gaming experience? Not necessarily. However, strategy games would likely appear sharper at that rate. This is my personal view, not yours.
