For those who don't give up easily.
I'm just getting started, but I want to share how my life changed after the stroke. I used to be a regular gamer, worked a normal job, and was a registered nurse—still am, though I can't work now. A stroke left me with weakness on my left side, poor dexterity, and no feeling in my left hand. It affected my whole left side and made coordination very difficult. This is why I'm struggling to play games the way I used to. The only game I can manage is Diablo Immoral, a point-click style. I'm reaching out for the first time, hoping you can help me find something suitable or know of alternatives I haven't seen before.
The closest match I recall is the Logitech G Extreme 3D PRO. The top nub handles movement while the remaining keys can be customized.

I'm feeling really emotional about this. Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'm excited to try again—this time I'll complete the forms and share what I've done and what I haven't. On a lighter note, I finally have the Xbox adapter controller. That's how I play. Diablo Immortal is my favorite. I should mention I forgot to include it earlier; sorry about that. The controller is awesome—it boosts my gameplay, especially for those extra spells. It adds a bit of competition with myself. Thanks a lot! Mojo_Doughboy.
