I believe the main problems lie with the premium models. My friend owns a 137000F and isn’t experiencing any issues, performing similarly to my 5800x3D. Still, it’s puzzling why Intel has been so lacking value for years—there’s really no compelling reason for most buyers anymore. Personally, I just can’t justify it; it feels like wasting money. By the way, I’m not impressed with AMD’s current offerings either and suggest going for the AM4 if you can find a good price. It offers better value in my opinion.

In that scenario... a 13600k should work (unless you go overclocking, lol). As mentioned before, the friend has a 137000F... no problems. It's just a mid-range CPU, only the top-tier Intel ones seem to have these big problems (they're usually overclocked).

They meant to construct a completely new PC, which is why I switched my suggestion from a 5700X/5900X to using AM5.

I don't intend to change anything. I understand the 100$ gap AM5 offers extra stability compared to LGA 1700 with DDR5, plus the 7900X performs better and uses less power than the 13600K.
