Open Task Manager, go to Details, click the process with right-click. Assign affinity to control which threads it uses. Remember, reducing cores for OBS will lower its quality.

What's the lowest standard for good video quality? I'm not really sure about the details, but I don't have a clear idea of what makes one video better than another in terms of quality and bitrate.
