right now my setup is a daily-use PC for gaming and other tasks. It has a 4690K CPU, an OC GPU GTX 950, 8GB RAM Kingston Savage 1600 2x4, and a Gigabyte Gaming 5 motherboard. I plan to upgrade it into a server for Ark and eventually build a Ryzen-based system for gaming and work. For a high-performance 75x XP server with 100-200 players, fast load times are essential. If you need 16GB RAM, that should suffice; if you want more space, a 32GB kit would be better. There will be many mods available, but unless a top-tier option like Eternal or Arc comes out, I expect around 40 players at first. What minimum specs would ensure minimal lag?
