Hello everybody,
I have two PCs and on my second low-end one I got a GTX 650 Ti with a dual-core processor at 2.20 GHz and 3 GB of DDR2 RAM. I’m planning to play CSGO on it, but my CPU is at 2.70 GHz (the maximum allowed is around 2.95). I’ve noticed a bigger ping in all my online games, usually around 50 more than normal, but with an overclocked CPU it goes up to 100+. I don’t remember having these issues before. What could be causing this problem?

What is your motherboard? I've been veroking it several times, and it's not an easy task...
Monitor its temperatures during gaming and when idle using http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html...
Also share a screenshot from CPU-z.
