You're experiencing connectivity issues in your Vancouver apartment. Your game ping and internet speeds have increased recently, and loading times are slowing down. Since you can't easily switch to Ethernet due to router distance, consider checking your network settings, updating firmware, or contacting your ISP for further assistance.

Which kind of Wi-Fi antenna do you prefer? USB or built-in on the motherboard?

I believe your antennas are directly connected to the motherboard, which can cause Wi-Fi issues reaching the back of your system. Try moving your PC or use an external antenna such as the one from MindFactory at https://www.mindfactory.de/product_info....58420.html. Adjust your router's position and use a longer cable from the wall to the router may also help.

Sometimes your intel network card might slow things down, especially if you have too much pcie usage (like 2 graka for exp).

You likely won’t find an unused channel, but you can look for less crowded ones and change your router to that frequency. There are smartphone apps that help scan Wi-Fi channels. Also, verify both 2.4GHz and 5GHz options if you want to use the faster 5GHz band.
