I use MS FS 2020 on an i9 9900K (no overclocking), an RTX 2080 Super OC Edition, and 32 GB 3600MHz CL17 RAM. My internet connection is 120 Mbit (15 Mb/s) download speed. I play with the graphics setting "High End," the step below "Ultra," and a 2560x1440 monitor.
EDIT: Peak system memory usage reached 26 GB and VRAM usage was 7.7 GB.
I initially installed the game on a 2.5" SATA3 SSD, but switched to an NVMe drive due to noticeable load times. Even with the SATA3 SSD, I noticed minor performance drops during intense scenes—seems better with the NVMe version, and this is my first attempt at that game.

The only adjustment I made in "High End" settings was to fully enable ground vehicles, air traffic, and sea traffic. In a densely packed city setting, I see frame rates ranging from 34 to 40 FPS, occasionally reaching around 50 FPS. A steady 40 FPS is typical in busy urban areas, though it can dip as noted. At high altitudes or over water, my performance reaches up to 62 FPS. Overall, average FPS on my system falls between 40 and 50, varying with weather and time of day.
