I possess an MSI mortar max bios and suspect the CPU isn’t functioning properly. I’ve reset the BIOS without success. I’m considering flashing it using a USB stick, but I’m unsure if that will resolve the issue. Additionally, I need to determine whether removing both the CPU and GPU is necessary.
