I’m experiencing very poor frame rates in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

* The monitor is unattached.
* Nvidia graphics settings have been adjusted.
* Drivers are current (including chipset and BIOS updates).
* I haven't encountered any problems with other games like Rust or ARK: Survival Evolved, which ran smoothly without stuttering.
* There doesn’t appear to be a performance limitation.
PC Specifications:
GTX 1070 G1 Gaming by Gigabyte.
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000 MHz (2x4) RAM.
I suspect the game isn’t effectively using my processor, with it only operating at a low 2% utilization, and I'm unsure how to resolve this issue.

UPDATE: Neither the graphics card nor the central processing unit is performing optimally.

Which display are you employing? Additionally, please attempt the following: Remove your CFG folder and redownload it (Do not restore from a backup). Confirm game integrity and redownload it.

Phase two: Precisely adhere to this link until its conclusion, factoring in whether you possess a particular GPU – http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2...

Regarding your question:

I’m using a Acer GN246HL 144Hz monitor. I’ve completely reinstalled the game, deleted my configuration files repeatedly, and then recreated them numerous times while verifying the game files multiple times. The mat_que mode is currently set to 2. Furthermore, the provided link is inaccurate.

My apologies. I’ve reviewed my configuration settings, which match those in this file: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=727114645. However, my CPU and GPU are only utilizing 2% of their capacity while the game is running.
