Timing is odd—my LG OLED B4 and Samsung N300 soundbar are both behaving the same way, but they work perfectly with Bluetooth. ChatGPT suggested it could be linked to power-saving settings that put the soundbar into sleep mode when no audio is playing. Check your soundbar’s menu or remote to find options for disabling automatic shutdown or similar features.

Haha well I hope this forum of geniuses does its thing and helps us both out! Unfortunately there is no such settings for the soundbar. Only plain sound settings an switching the input channel.

This also occurs on devices using a surround sound receiver. Whether it's a film, show, or audio tracks. I believe the reason lies in studio sound editing, similar to how effects are layered in movies. They employ various channels to enrich and improve the listening experience.
