Hello, I encountered a comparable problem starting yesterday and resolved it by restoring my drivers to an earlier version released in November – praise be to God.
I utilized Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove my graphics drivers before manually reinstalling the older driver obtained directly from the NVIDIA website.
The GeForce system is also behaving strangely.
Navigate to the Windows search bar, enter “Device Manager,” select it, and choose “Display adapters.” Right-click on your graphics card, pick “Properties,” which will open a window. Within that window, click "Roll Back Driver." After completing the driver rollback process, restart your computer. Hopefully, this resolved the issue; it successfully worked for me.

Following the update to a more recent version of my GPU, my frame rates significantly decreased, sometimes reaching 10-12 fps and performance remained unstable; however, it is now resolved after reverting back to my older driver!
