Not really that much, just a small amount. It's set to record at 60 frames per second in 1080p, using the standard options.

You might be recording at a really low bitrate, so head over to the settings > output section. Then go to the recording tab and set the format to mp4 with encoder h264 if you want to use CPU power, or nvenc (the new version) if you want to use your GPU power. Note that nvenc is only for Nvidia graphics cards. Once you pick mp4, some options will appear at the bottom of the screen too. Change the bitrate to 15,000Kbps (which is 15 Mbps). Make sure keyframe is set to 2 if it isn't already, since that's usually the default. The preset should be quality.
