Hello everyone!

System specifications: GTX 1080 with 16GB DDR4 RAM, Intel i5-8600k (not overclocked). The game is installed on a mechanical hard drive – a Seagate Barracuda 2TB. I’ve configured my graphics settings to low/medium with textures set to high, and grass at normal quality. DirectX 11 is being utilized, and the game runs in fullscreen mode. There are no modifications applied. I’m seeking assistance because this issue is frustrating, and I’ve been attempting to resolve it for the last two days. Thank you, Jiry_XD!

This technique might alleviate the stammering, however, note that “rockstar” is forgiving with its stutter handling—consider practicing in a disconnected setting to gauge its effectiveness and ensure stability without crashes.

The game might be experiencing performance issues, though hard drive problems typically don’t lead to stutters with a single game and a GTX 1080, even at lower settings—it’s an unusual occurrence. Because I'm not utilizing any overclocking, my diagnostic options are limited; reinstalling the game is recommended.

Addressing this stammering could be beneficial, and consider that “rockstar” is generally gentle regarding interruptions, so attempting this in a private setting to assess its effectiveness would be wise, ensuring the game remains stable throughout.
