Because the issue disappears with a 60Hz display, it might be related to an option within the game itself or the NVIDIA control panel. Try reverting the graphics driver to its original configuration. Also, check your hard drive’s utilization levels.

Upgrading my hard drive to an SSD hasn't resolved the freezing issue during games. I’ve also re-formatted three times and installed the latest drivers.

it consistently occurs while I’m gaming. it doesn’t matter whether I play with graphics set to low or high settings.

If your solid-state drive was malfunctioning, you’d likely experience Blue Screen of Death errors, so eliminate that possibility. Was that screenshot captured during gameplay? If so – the speed of your graphics card’s processor is remarkably slow.

The freezing is taking an excessively long time. It’s not a hard drive issue, as I’ve tested it and there are no errors detected. I'm simply changing it due to the lack of alternative solutions.

The image you provided displays your graphics card operating at 400 megahertz, which is significantly underperforming; it should ideally be around 1400 or higher when playing games and other applications.

Attempting to install an older GPU driver may resolve this issue – NVIDIA could have introduced a problem with a recent driver update, while AMD frequently makes these types of errors.

After downloading a previous update, I experienced freezing while gaming. This issue persisted even after restarting and opening my web browser, where it froze without initiating any games. Furthermore, running a benchmark caused my clock speed to increase approximately to 1900MHz.

For the past three weeks, I’ve been grappling with this issue. Each morning, I begin by searching online for solutions and experimenting with various approaches—modifying drivers, adjusting system settings, altering BIOS configurations, and countless other attempts—but without any success. I haven't yet identified the root cause of my problem, and I appreciate the assistance I’ve received thus far; I sincerely hope someone can provide a resolution.

I’ve been evaluating my CPU using diagnostic software and my GPU with performance tests, and the results appear satisfactory. Therefore, it's likely that the issue lies with my motherboard. Are there any methods for testing this further, or should I simply replace it to determine if that resolves the problem?
