Proceed to download the Windows 10 media from the site. Press upgrade and wait for the installation to complete. Thank me later.

Yes, if you're doing an upgrade, the bootable drive worked without issues, though I recommend testing it and sharing feedback.

I just switched to the wuauclt.exe/updatenow approach since the installer failed, but it would have been really helpful.
