I possess an A320M-ITX and have already installed the newest BIOS. After several reseats, everything functions with my 2300x. However, when switching to a 5700x, I receive only five beeps. This is the second 5700x that arrived brand new from Newegg; I’ve already returned the first one, and neither had bent pins. Could it really happen to have two DOA alerts in a row? Is it feasible for RAM to work with one AM4 CPU but not another? Might the motherboard be damaged in a way that only affects the 5700x? Are there any additional steps needed besides updating the BIOS for compatibility? I’m at a loss.

The 5 beeps error suggests the issue could involve the CPU or the system's inability to detect video output. Check the following tips:
1. Confirm the video cable is properly connected to the graphics card.
2. Recharge the CMOS battery.
3. Install one stick of RAM in each slot alternately, repeating step 2 to determine if the problem is with a particular RAM stick or slot.

This processor lacks a built-in graphics card, so you'll need a dedicated graphics card.
