I'm testing my first OC on an i5-7600k with 3.8GHz clock speed.
I set it to 4.4GHz at 1.175V and it's running stably with a max of 70.
Just checking if this voltage setting is suitable, since I've heard mixed advice about it.

Can you try lowering the voltage further? Or will it stop working? I set my 7600k to 4.8 GHz with a maximum temperature of 80°C, but I didn’t adjust the voltage. I’ll update my comment later.

Can you lower the voltage even more? Or will it fail?

Actually, I’d have pushed it higher if possible, but 4.4Ghz works for me now and I’ve managed to lower the voltage slightly too. I’m currently at 1.155V. Still wondering about your setting at 4.8GHz.
I tested it all the way down to 1.130 and got stable results during stress testing, but it froze as soon as I stopped the test, so I think this is the most reliable setting I have.

I achieved the Vcore at 1.351 with a stable 4.8. The Grizzly thermal paste helped, and I’m seeing a 71con stress test (cryorig h7).
