i7 860 @ 3.6 GHZ
Asus P7P55D
Crosair H55 Cooler
MSI GTX 1070
Thermaltake TR2-600W
Asus Xonar DG Sound Card
Windows 10
Settings
Stability is generally good, but here are a couple of points:
1) During gaming, animations and audio didn’t sync properly. It seems to have resolved itself—anyone know what might have triggered this?
2) When pushing up to 3.7-3.8 GHz, one core consistently fails the prime95 stress test early. Others keep working fine. Should I tweak the vcore slightly to stop this? If yes, what’s the recommended safe range?
Thanks!

It's not a K spec chip that can handle overclocking, but he can still try to boost his CPU speed. However, even with overclocking, the CPU might still act as a bottleneck.
