Check if 70 degrees is safe for maximum temperature during full load with the FX8350. Also, confirm whether adding +0.400000V caused any damage. Then test with +0.0500000 at 4.2 GHz.

1.45v is the upper limit for safe 24/7 use
don’t drop below it, and 84 is extremely risky for AMD CPUs—make sure everything is working properly or you might harm your CPU, especially if it’s not already damaged.

70 degrees is acceptable for a CPU. The current stock voltage is not specified, but voltage should only be increased after boosting frequency to avoid instability during stress tests like Prime95. Voltage should not be added unless necessary.

Running on 1.4 v, but I don't recall the stock voltage. I only remember when I add +0.40000, the voltage has been close to 1.7v. The PC freezes even in BIOS, and I had to reset the CMOS, the temperature went up to 84 degrees. I hope I didn't damage anything. Thanks for your help!
