I'm trying to purchase a gaming PC within a 600€ budget, but I have no prior experience with computers, so I need some assistance with that monitor specifically.

Where are you situated?
Which shop could you purchase from?
Are you planning to construct it yourself or would you prefer a ready-made version?
Key issue: 600€ is roughly equivalent to 600 dollars, which will greatly restrict your options. Reduce your expectations further. The more you need to buy, the harder it will be.

I'm located in Estonia store, probably arvutitark.ee. I understand it won't be great, especially if it runs CSGO or similar games. I'm okay with that.

It varies based on the CoD titles, since some recent ones require significantly more hardware than CSGO.

This is the cheapest system I could find on that site that actually has a discrete GPU.

There's also a Dell Optiplex marked down from 600 to 560 or so, but no GPU.
A better option might be to get their 190 Euro Palit GTX 1630 (said to be the 2022 version of a 1050), which is a bit more powerful than the minimum required GTX 660 for BO 4, and scrounge for deals on the remaining parts needed.

I took some time and pieced together a build with the following that comes to about 562 Euros before tax. No keyboard, mouse, monitor or OS included though. Optionally you could add a 1TB HDD for a total of about 603 Euros, but it doesn't have a great warranty.

That said, do note that the 740 Euro system linked to above has a GPU that's 125% faster. You get what you pay for. The difference is, with the first 740 Euro system I linked above, you could no doubt play all the games you mentioned at max settings. With the build I pieced together, you'd likely be at lowest settings, at least on Black Ops 4 anyway.
